Stakeholder Engagement

Our increasingly complex world requires technical professionals and organisations to engage with a diverse variety of stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions.

But connecting and communicating with stakeholders takes time away from core activities, does not always yield a good result if not strongly linked to the technical outcome and risks cost and time blowouts if you don’t bring people on board.

Our vision is to fundamentally improve the way we live by bridging the gap between technical solutions and society.

Foundry supports the planning, design and delivery of on-ground projects through strategic stakeholder engagement that saves time and improves outcomes.

Our unique methodology involves a six-step engagement process that fosters engagement, collaboration and connection. Through efficient, meaningful strategic engagement, we support technical professionals and organisations to:

  • Deliver on client and community expectations
  • Focus on the technical detail that is their passion
  • Ensure smooth project delivery saving time and money
  • Have confidence in a great result

Foundry helps organisations deliver improved and more supported project outcomes.

We asked Foundry to assist with strategic engagement for an important pilot project that we undertook for South East Water. The project involved developing an online GIS tool to facilitate communication and collaboration to promote IWM. Foundry brought huge energy and clarity to the project and provided invaluable input by helping the client understand and articulate what they wanted to achieve and their key objectives. They also helped us identify key stakeholders, get buy-in and understand potential risks. Without their input, the project would have taken a lot longer and not run as smoothly.

What our clients say...

Lindsey successfully project managed and made invaluable intellectual contribution to a project that has the potential to save Victorian taxpayers multiple millions of dollars. Lindsey’s knowledge of stormwater policy and critical assessment of the situation, combined with her apt communication skills, helped lead to a desirable and swift outcome for Melbourne Water. I would not hesitate to engage Lindsey again for solutions to urban stormwater policy problems.

- Aquatic Scientist

I would definitely recommend Lindsey and her team. Her ability to take complex issues and frame them in a way that is understandable by the community was invaluable. Helping us to be really clear on the purpose, audience and key messages for our document was what made it a success.

- Project Director

We had a need for an engaging collaborative submission to a planning agency. Lindsey knows what she is doing and has the passion to see change and is intent on getting the job done to a point she will be proud of the outcome.
